Capt. Dr. Kemeimi McTortor is a professional seasoned Mariner and seafarer international. He holds Master Unlimited license Ghana and DP Unlimited license - London NI.
He has sailed onboard ships on International voyage around the world.
His Marine career expands through offshore vessels worldwide, container ships, Heavy Lifts cargo ships, FPSO, Drilling Mobile Offshore Units MODU, Construction support vessels CSV, Dive support vessels DSV, pipe & cable laying vessels, inspection maintenance and repairs IMR vessel, DP vessels, Drilling ships, offshore rigs, self propelled DP Barges, positioning of Jack up Rigs, DP Shuttle Tankers, Semi-Submersible ship, export tanker mooring operations etc.
He has over more than 25 years of experience in shipping, Marine, offshore oil & Gas services, Marine inspector and Rigmover.
He served and grew through the ranks of fourth officer, third officer, second officer, Chief officer and Master (Captain).
held management position such as Marine supervisor, offshore superintendent, Port Captain, Marine fleet superintendent and Marine fleet manager.
Has over 15 years experience as senior Maritime lecturer and SDPO.
Also hold B.Ed in Technical Education, M.Sc in Maritime administration, Professional Doctorate in Business Administration (Maritime Management), Executive Master in Business strategy.
